MECHANICAL LICENSE REQUEST

A mechanical license is needed to record Hope copyrighted music onto cassette tapes or compact disks. The fee is based on the government-regulated statutory rate, currently $0.0910 per song per tape or CD made.

To apply for a mechanical license direct from Hope Publishing Company for any number of copies you can fill-out this form and submit it online, or you can print it and fax or mail it to Hope at the above address. If you would prefer and are requesting to make more than 250 copies, you may also get a mechanical license from the Harry Fox Agency. You may email them at clientservice@harryfox.com.
